blocked sites in my PC

Hi mylotters I have a knew PC bought in the internet cafe its not a second hand PC but i bought it in an internet cafe shop because its a free installation for games and other stuff.
The Problem is when i open a site it doesn't open because it is blocked.does anyone knows how to unblock sites here please teach me i want to open those sites..

You can use a proxy site so you can access those blocked sites in your pc. If that pc hasn't been reformatted since you've bought in from the internet cafe, there's probably a software installed blocking restricted sites. It's better if you just reformat it and wipe everything clean.
