There have been rumours and fan based trailers for a proposed sequel to Titanic for years. Most of them are in fact for a prequal rather than a sequel. The truth is there are no plans for a 2nd Titanic be it a prequel or sequel. The only plans are to turn Titanic into a 3D movie, which are still only proposed plans with nothing solid going on as yet. With James Cameron reportedly working on a 2nd Avatar the likelihood of Titanic in 3D anytime soon is unlikely.

I have ever respond to the simillar discussion with you. And I think if it is released, what will be the story become? as I know titanic is based true story.

I think its over two years that I've watched the same trailer too (2nd link above)--titanic to the surface. before I've waited for the summer to come to watch the movie but it never happened, today I dont think so that this is true. If it is real in other way, why it took up so long time this to be seen on threater? Hehehehe, well, however, I am still dreaming for some part two of this movie... I did not know that they made another one..... What could they possibly have in the next one? Investigation of accident, lives of any survivors..... who knows what they will come up with.

Well i don't think there is two titanic in this world, so i think i might be a hoax. And even if there is one, i think it is will not really that interesting because what happened in titanic, most people already now with the first movie, and there is no way they change the ship because if it is not titanic, then the movie title shouldn't be a titanic.

it's true that they will release the Titanic2 very soon. They have the trailer available now. Can't wait for the release soon as they stated that Jack is still alive. hahhaa

As others have said, I'm sure this is just an internet hoax. I can so no possible way of making a sequel to Titanic and even a prequel because what would it be about? Annie

There is no Titanic 2.What you see on you tube is a mix of scenes from different movies like-Titanic,Catch me if you can,Romeo and juliet etc.

titanic is based on true life and i never heard that there would be part 2 of it.. though im hoping there is coz i really love the movie..
