We all need to have a peek in the mirror, either daily or at least once in a while. I just discovered thism, orning, i do not see myself as others do. Stupid, maybe. But as i asked my friends today, they said that you normally look more slim, more beautifull or more succesfull in others eyes, than your own. Do you agree with them? I DON,T.

Most people tell me I never change. Really? Could this be true? I'm in my 40's now . . . ok, I'll have to snobbishly admit I don't look my age, but I can't honestly say I look so youthful as I used to. More than the mirror, I can see it in photos . . . eek, I DO look older in my eyes! But as long as they're telling me something positive (I think), I'll take it and not question it - ha ha.

Then i can be forward and say that you can so snobbishly KNOW that you don,t look it. Don,t tell me that you never heard that eyes may look older, but the wisdom makes you younger. Don,t ever question any positive comment about yourself. And don,t you dare laugh. LOL.

Ok, I have a lot of wisdom then - ha ha! I'll take any positive comment I can get . . . but the laughing part, well, you just know that's something I gotta keep doing. I just gotta watch out for those laugh lines - heh heh - not too flattering if they get permanent!

I hate the way I look. Everyone says, "no your skinny, your beautiful!" but I don't feel like it. Every once in awhile I'm like yeah I am skinny and beautiful but usually I just don't feel like it. At times I get so upset by my appearance I just cry. I exercise every week now and I'm down to 115 ibs. But it's still not good enough.

Well i am a little bit skiiny and not too badly build. But what i cannot understand is, why we want to make sure people notice everything as we ourselves don,t really see it that way. I didn,t ask for the build or looks, so what the hell is the problem. You just love yourself as you are and the hell with the rest. TATA.

Hi Sap!
We get to see our inverted or say our reverse image in the mirror,
so others could judge us better. If we need to see ourselves,
how do we actually look, our own photographs would be of great help
to us.
Nice to know that you look beautiful.

People who suffer from bulimia see themselves as being obese. It could be somewhat of a self esteem aspect to it. I tend to over analyze the face i see in the mirror at times. I I've got this scar across my nose that annoys the mess out of me. It's the first thing I notice when looking in the mirror. I've never come in contact with anyone who went out of their way to ask about how I got it, so I guess other people don't pay as much attention to it as I do.

Well, i am slim too but i feel good for what i am. And others how they see me..never mind about it. because one day i would feel i look tired, but my neighbours say me i am active and fresh. Another day, i will feel relaxed and happy, they will find me dull. So it reflects there mood and mind. What i feel is what i look..tata
