What investment is the best gold or land?

Land is really best investment today. Gold too is good but price of gold may settle down. It has impact of international market. In land investment the things are different. Land prices will never go down, they will increase. If the land is in newly developing area then its prices will double or even triple in just few years. Moreover investing in land can save your tax. If the land is near a road, or near a big company then the prices will double in just a year.

in my choice it is land because it give a big profit after years but it still depend on the situation of the country we are staying in , my country is very stable ,so land is a good choice it give more profit than gold .

If you can find a piece of land that sells below it's value, than land would be my choice. Even if it depreciates in value, you can live the the remainder of your life there. As already mentioned, you can use the land to grow crops there, rent the land to someone else and collect rent, etc. Gold is a great hedge against money and it will always have value (I prefer silver because it's less expensive and silver is a commodity that is used in manufacturing, but that's just my opinion) Having a little bit of gold on hand is always a good thing in this economy...but having a piece of land that you can call your own, is always a good investment.

I learned from an investment guru that the best investments are those that produce regular cashflow or income. Business with regular income. Land and Gold both appreciate in value. But with land, you can do many things with land that will produce for you regular income, income that will soon add up to your net worth when saved. With land, you can create farm lands, housing projects, apartments, warehouses, resorts, etc. There are many things you can do with land. Land can create a business that produces results for better living. Productivity in short.
