I love Potato Salad My mother makes a very good Potato Salad and every time I have tried to make one mine always comes out really gewey. Do you or have you ever experienced this when making a Potato Salad?

i love potato salad and i make it verry often especially when i have guests.and is very easy to made so is always a success.
i boil the potatoes not to much,i live them a bit crunchy.then i add onions,parsley,salt and olive oil and its a very yiami dish!!
if you want you can add to all the above ingredientes some slices of sausages and some fresh cream to make it more yiammi..

I just can never seem to make it right for some reason? I try and try and it never works for me

Hi! no, i always make it very well, because it is nothing so special to make it, but maybe yuors is a little bit different from the potato salad that I make- all i need for that salad are potatoes, green onions or if there are no green i use the common onion, salt and a little bit vinegar. Can you now tell me your recipe?
