there is alot of snow on the ground from a huge blizzard where i live. Its also cloudy

Well, we had a few snow showers today in central Ohio, but the location I am at we have about 16 inches of snow on ground from 2 major snowstorms. It has not been above freezing very long so where the snow started to melt, refroze into icy mass on top of snow. Really is bad on the residential streets, a lot of "ruts" which is the icy slush that refroze before it was scraped off completely. Nothing like driving 5-10 MPH to prevent damage to underside of car. Just read tonight on Yahoo that 49 out of our 50 states has snow on the ground, Hawaii only one without it. Article said that this is never happened like this according to weather record data.
