The first thing that I notice is the way they dress, next is their face and lastly is they way they act while they talk

Facial expression hits me first almost every time. Perhaps because of my fear that my sudden stare would irritate that person who might turn around and give me a black eye instead of a kind smile. So I prefer to look at a stranger's face first plus a beautiful face can be part of the joy of that day also. By looking ones face, one can tell something about his or her character and mood which usually would be conveyed by their eyes and mouth. I have heard about the story about marrying after they saw each other for the first time. Incredible, isn't it? But true. Sorry, let me come back to our topic. I prefer to look at a stranger's face first for its aethetic function and role as a bridge. Happy Chinese New Year!

I norally go for the eyes first. In your eyes the soul can tell me what you are. Looks is not important for me. TATA.
