Problem with Canon IP1800 series disposal tank

This morning i was surprised when i saw my canon printer. My printer is canon IP1880 it almost 1 year i used that printer. When the ink indicator is low i replace with the new one. But, this time i saw black fluid drip on my desk,its from my printer. Previously i ask in forum how to reset disposal ink indicator and i did it! but now i must take that printer in service center to get maintenance and repair. They said that my disposal tank is full and smear my rotary encoder inside my printer. They said that when it happen again,please take that printer again to service center. its to far from my house.... is there any way to clean my disposal tank? since i don't know where is the "tank" location... -ridersaitou-
