How to get pay from Microworkers????

I need information about how to get pay from Microworkers. I submitted withdrawal since 31 December 2009 and still not get pay from them. It said needs a PIN and now I have a PIN but I don't know how to use it.
If anyone in here knows how to solve my problem??

I am also a member of Microworkers. If you have already had a PIN then you can submit the PIN to Microworkers. If it is right, Microworkers will pay you. You could make a withdrawal, and you could fill out the amount you want to withdraw, how you want to get paid and so on. I have already received several pays from Microworkers.

I have never really cashed out form MW but I know that it will ask for a pin code while cashout! I have 3$ for my cashout!
