Do you like to apply oil in the hair? / myLot

I'm from India. In my place,climate will be mostly hot all times. So,my mom told to apply hair oil. But I don't like it. Its necessary to keep ourself cool. Do you like to apply hair oil? what oil you are using?

i think oil on hair also keeps hair healthy. but i don't think it is advisable with people like me, who is always on the road. our polluted air has a lot of dust, smoke from vehicles. and those pollution will be absorbed by the hair so i don't like my hair more dirty. so my answer is no, i don't apply or i don't like to apply oil in my hair. i just shampoo everyday when i take a bath.

Yes! you are right. Its better to avoid applying hair when moving to dusty places. Else, dust will accumulate on our hair and makes it dirty. So, very rarely I will apply it during weekends when I am at home.

Hi avimra! I have very dry hair, but I don't apply oil to it! I do use hair conditioner, but it is a creme! And if you are from India you must have beautiful soft silky hair so I'm sure that you don't need to put oil in it! Try a creme hair conditioner! They have so many different kinds that are really good for your hair and much better than putting oil in it!
