Help with technical support of computer usage.

I typed a cover letter and a resume in WordPerfect and saved it on my email. When I went to fax it at my local career office I tried to print it out but I couldn't because they have Microsoft Word in their database. Is their any other way I can print out my letters using some other program? Your help would be very appreciated.
