Do you really prepare for your assessments

well do you people really prepare for your assessments/exams or just like that write an arbitrary answer for all questions well i usually prepare well but sometimes i don't get enough time to prepare for my exams and in such cases i usually do the second thing or i just skip that particular assess what will you guys do
