Capital punishment is punishment by dealth. It is practised in many country today, even though many others have abolished it. History records that this was a common punishment in many societies and was actually sanctioned by most religions.
The reasoning that come to it is simple. Since the man or woman cause the death of another , it is good for the state to avenge the dead person's death by killing the person who cause it. It seems just at that time.
In my opinion we must always take responsibility for our actions. Man is a reasioning animal and cannot hide behind any circumtances for what he has done.Abolishing it may increase murders and make it unsafe for innocent people. This is surely not fair.
Hence I think should not be abolished.

I agree with you if the case is severe, but I
also believe we should look at every case for
what it is. A murderer that murders just for
murdering, is a case we should do something
about. We should not have to support him for
the rest of his life in jail. That is a reason
I would agree with you.
Happy posting.

We did a report on this once in class. I chose that it shouldn't be taken out. Why you may ask? The fact that your taking away the killer's right to live so he/she CAN'T take away someone else's life. I am a firm believer of this.
