After so many of being so busy and having hectic schedules I'm now back here in mylot. Do I miss lot things here? Are there any changes happened? Is it still cool to be with mylot?

Just recently the entire website got updated and more things have been added. You should really take a good look around at how things have changed. Look for discussions started by "goask Alice" the site admin for more information and check out those site alerts. Those things should help out a lot with your problem of "what is new". And, as far as I know mylot hasn't really changed all that much, but I've only been here a few months.

What ever the importent thing is that you got back here.
first of all a warm welcome here.
i have also came back here after two years. earlier i used to work here alone. but now i work here with my two friends who are also very active in the healty discussions.
