Have you seen the commercials or infomercials about the belt that works your muscles? It's supposed to work your abs with electronic forces and build muscle. I guess your muscles contract over and over and build up? Do you think this really works? It seems too good to be true!

yes it will help, because of the contractions that are being made. Sit ups make contractions also, but over a shorter duration then the belt does. The belt will work because of these contractions are so close together and over a longer duration.

So, is that like a tiny electrical shock it gives you? I do not think it works the side ones, just the front ones? Now I am getting this silly gram of it---- all fat on the sides and nice tight in the middle. GEE, surly that cann't be?? Do they give you a little pointer about how to deal with that??? Or, can that not happen? Any one know?

Yes, I seen that on TV. I too was wondering if that would work? I have to say I am sorry to you and all others that posted about the same abs thing. I posted about that just a min. ago and then read these other posts. I have now learned to read all posts befor starting a new one. Again sorry to all.
Now that I think harder on the abs thing, I think it could very well work. I once had a bad problem with a muscal (hope I spelled that right), anyway, the teck. put this elec. belt thing on me. Just over the bad hurt spot, and sent mild electric to it . Little short jolts. Made my skin jump. But, the point is, it did seem to help me over time.
Any one ever have that done? Did it help you?
