AT&T 3G getting slower and slower

Have you noticed that the 3G for AT&T is consistently getting slower and slower. When they first introduced it it was almost faster than my computer. Now it takes about 30 seconds to open any link in areas with 4 or more bars. It seems that with more and more people joining their 3G network their service gets worse and worse. Anyone know how the service is doing for Sprint and Verizon?

I can't speak for sprint or verison, because I am not with eaither one of them. I however, can speak for T-mobile. 3g countivity is new technology for my area. And its spotty at best in my complex. Of course with so much satlite activtiy I'm not as suprised. But outside my complex, the threeG speed is as fast, if not faster then my laptop. which I think is kind of cool and not bad for my area recently getting couverage of a 3g qulity.

I am with Verizon, and some pages load slower than others, so it is really hard to tell. I am limited to what I can do on my phone anyway, as I don't have java, or a flash player on my phone. It really does all depend on the pages I am trying to lad I think though. Now, I can watch youtube viedos, and they seem to load fast, but if there are a lot of graphics on a page, then it loads slower. I will be upgrading later this year, so I hope to get a 4G phone. I really wish I had the droid phgone, but I bought this phone to soon, and didn't wait for the droid to come out, so now, I have to wiat to upgrade. I will just have to wait and see what kind of phones there are by then, as there might even be better ones than the droid. Take care, and have a very good day.
