You get that notice when someone bids lower than you. You can uncheck the email me if someone bids lower option when you post your bid. You could either ignore it or change your bid. I've had a few jobs in GAF that would hire low bidders despite the low quality of their work. But there are good buyers that don't choose based on low bids. They tend to react or consider you for the job by your bid letter and some samples of your work. It takes a while to find a good buyer but if you find a fair and professional one, and you do your job well then there could be a chance that it would be along working partnership.
