How to create website?

I would like to create website, but I have no experience in it. Be detailed please. Preferably I would like to be free, or as cheaply. Thank you in advance.

I'm in the same boat... However I'v been doing alittle research on the subject & I've came up with wix.com.,& mywebs.com they appear to be free. Hope this helps. If you run across anything new on the subject, sure would like to know. Have fun creating your new website..
