Are you offended by their show off? Have you seen one who bragged? I often see posters of bodybuilders, boxers, and wrestlers but I dont think they are boasting since their intention is to impress the viewers.

i am scared of guys who have muscles that big. lol. i laugh, but it is mostly sarcastic. guys with muscles that big often have tempers just as big. when the two combine it could make for a very dangerous relationship. i don't know, this is just my opinion.

I think there are women who gets scared with so much muscle. My wife is one of them. You see, i brought up with her that i'm planning to enroll in a gym so i can build muscles too but she won't approve of it. She says she's scared of too much muscle and besides i'm going to be heavier (if you know what i mean ). Cheers!

I think body builders have every right to brag about their muscles. It's a fact that those guys really worked hard to get those muscles bulging. They spend not only hard work but also money to maintain their build. Besides, it's part of their profession to show off to people what they've got so i don't think there's something wrong with it. In fact i really admire those guys for working so hard so get those muscles to almost Greek god perfection.

I couldnt agree more. Women may become scary nerves but they just dont have an idea how tame muscled men are. I once watched a bodybuilder on youtube and judging from his facial expression there was no violence with the guy. Instead its one of rigid discipline for it takes proper exercises to build that good kind of body.

I think some are just arrogant, but they earned it. I used to be offended and intimidated by them until I grew to be as big, if not bigger than some of them. I'm not a bodybuilder myself, though it is hard to tell because of how big and bulked up I am (and still gaining). I'm actually quite shy myself, so I really don't brag about having muscles, and sometimes feel embarrassed since they draw so much attention. I really don't need to brag since I have earned the nickname tank, horse, and big fella (the last one is fun because people bigger than me are intimidated by me) But I like being big because I feel better the stronger I get since I don't feel human with the amount of strength that I possess people don't bother me as much, and people can easily see why I may brag about my strength from time after time mostly when I am at work and do things that either takes multiple people, or a machine (I love leg pressing an SUV). There was one guy I knew that bragged a lot, but he was juicing up (I don't do that), and it was sad because he's on steroids and I am still stronger and heavier than him. From a woman's standpoint, though I am mostly shy, I can see why I could be a turn off seeing as how I look like I can crush someone hugging them with one arm (maybe why it is so hard to find someone). That's why I don't aim to be super ripped. I don't have a problem with anger since I am too laid back (I would turn green if I got that upset, lol).

My brother was like that he worked out and stuff and bragged about how he looked. He only did it for his looks and to try to impress girls. He was not strong he could not even lift a 50lb bag of dog food for me when I need help. I can't stand people who brag all the time about their muscles. It gets so old. I will say that they do look good though.....

To maintain flexibility in your muscles, ligaments and tendons, you should stretch daily. This takes only a few minutes and pays off in many ways. You will likely feel better in general, have less pain, have fewer flare-ups, and also be at less risk for injury. In addition, without adequete flexibility, you will not be able to use the correct body mechanics for daily activities, putting you at greater risk for pain or injury.
