I do not have a bank account nor a credit card to verify my paypal account with. I was wondering if there was anyway to verify your paypal account without having these. I researched about online banking accounts. I joined netspend but it paypal ended up bouncing the two payments to verify paypal accounts via banking accounts. I also researched Virtual Credit Cards on the internet. I have no idea how to get my hands on these for free. I found that you could verify a paypal account using a debit card. It is possible to get a debit card mailed to me for free by signing up as an affiliate on friendfinder but my parents would kill me if they found a debit card in the mailbox.
Do you guys/girls know anyway to verify a paypal account? I have tried verifying my paypal account for the past two months. I know that paypal places a limit of spending/deposit limit but I am still prohibited to purchase anything without being prompted to verify my paypal account. Thanks for your help. :D

I think you can't spend anything until your account is verified...You can still receive money though, but it's pretty pointless if you can't spend it. As far as verifying, I linked my bank account, but seeing as you can't do that, I'd say you should try applying for their Paypal card. Apparently you find out in 30 seconds if you qualify for it, and if you do, your account is verified instantly. Best of luck!

Thanks for the reply. I thought that your paypal account needed to be verified before you could apply for their debit card. Anyways, they require the paypal account to be under the premier status. I do not really want to upgrade my account to premier as they charge fees for transfers.

Really? I did not realize that...I have a personal account, and they offered me the option of applying for their card. And seeing as we live in the same country, I think you should be able to as well.

i think you should call the admin or paypal support center, maybe you can verify your account by send them your photo ID and billing proof.
