Have you encountered this?

I turned on my computer this morning and found out somethings wrong with it. I could not get access to my files and I saw this window on the XP antivirus 2010 and I found out it was a virus and not really an antivirus. Have you encountered this one before? What did you do to get rid of it? I have to reformat my computer you see. I have an antivirus and I am using the very popular one and I just cant beleive the virus passed through it.

To avoid that from happening again, I think you need to replace your "very popular" antivirus with Symantec Endpoint Protection. That's my antivirus. It has three layers of protection. It's one of the best :)
