The most realistic samurai series I`v to day. When i first saw this anime,I really didn`t know what to expect. Samurai Champloo makes you that your watching an actual samurai duel in each episode with great choreography on all battles, and awesome hip hop soundtrack that completely fix. But yet epic plot once you get to see the last 3 episode which the best episode on the whole 26 set. Anyway, once you the series, you will end up wanting more than it had offer.. Have a try.

I remember watching it when it first came out years ago. It was really good, especially the action sequences. I liked the interaction between the three main characters, they were such a motley bunch who didn't really have anything in common with each other. I really liked how the show was presented, it was unique for a samurai show. But then again I kind of expected something cool since the show was created and directed by Watanabe Shinichiro (same guy who did Cowboy Bebop). I don't know if I was let down or excited about how it ended though. But it did leave room for a part two though so I guess that's a good thing.

I've heard this Samurai Champloo from my sister and she was so eager to watch. I don't know what's this anime all about. I'm interested too. My sister said it's similar to afro samurai.

I've heard of Samurai Champloo, but I haven't tried watching it XD.
I usually judge an anime by its name...that's why I haven't watched animes that are really good because most anime series that are good have weird names xD. How many episodes does it have anyway? As for the soundtracks, since you said it was good, then I might try listening to it
