Girl Equivalent to Boy or higher

This is one of the topic that is the most number of time discussed of each forum,platform. But according to me both are equal. If the females are doing there part satisfactory, then they are higher and if the boys are doing their role in expected manner then they are better. It depends up on the distance between the exception and real performance for every one, the laser the distance the high they are.

I think both boy and girl have their own specialty. But the fact is both boy and girl are completing each other in this life. A boy later become a man and he need a girl who become a woman later. Our modern world won't be care about the gander difference anymore since there's an international regulation for such thing. But some countries, or some companies seem still give a boy or man a higher level than a girl or a woman. I think who is the higher depends on our skill, knowledge, and experience. It depends upon the situation. In ranking, we can see the fact that there are those girls who are superior to boys, but there are also boys that are superior to girls. I think this is no the issue of gender but the issue of individual capabilities and personalities. It is also important to measure what kinds of fields that we are going to test.It maybe in physical capability or in the field intellectual capacity and so on.

I think that we are born equal..There are some things that guys can do but girls can't., There are also some things that girls can do but guys can't... There are also some things that they need to do both like making a baby..Girls get pregnant. Boy and girls make babies..
