Sales Reps Who Don't Take E-mail Orders

I think it is a little ridiculous that I have two sales reps who don't accept orders via e-mail or texts. Its the new age. The methods of ordering make my life as a business manager easier. It allows me to get things done on my time. If I am typing up an order and a issue comes up that HAS to be addressed, I don't have to concern myself with the fact that I have a salesperson on the line waiting to take my order. I don't have to worry that I can't resolve the issue because I am trying to leave my lengthy order on my salesperson's voicemail. I understand that as a salesperson you want to woo me and be able to have contact with me to increase my orders from you. It is my experience however, that during the order is A)not the forum to be trying your sales tactics on me or B)doesn't even happen anyway. So please, if you are a sales rep, let you customers order from you either on-line or through e-mails and texts. It will makes everyone's life easier. That is all...
