Is anyone out there suffering from Lupus? I have it, but a mild case and there does not seem to be any good treatment options. Most of my symptoms are skin related, but I also have joint pain, exhaustion, etc. I do not want steroids or chemotherapy. I also have Type II Diabetes, so that only complicates things. How do you get through flares?
