Id choose to have it together. First I need to look well. Second its awkward chewing with three separate teeth. Although it is more airy when they are separate, it is bad display and you couldnt even smile openly.

Humm, depends on if I want to look like Bugs bunny.. Please don't make me choose. Ok I guess I would like to have them all together, but i'm keeping my mouth closed.

If I could only have 3 teeth on top I would want them to be together and in the front so that the missing ones wouldn't show so much. Even if you had false teeth, they sometimes break and then you might have to spend some time with only those 3. Since I'm a female I wouldn't want to walk around looking like a Halloween pumpkin.

Hi Basqui,
That is really a good question, hahahaha. That will now allow us to make our plan of action to prepare for that "fortuitous event", hahahaha or is it an eventuality?
Basqui, it wouldn't matter to me whether the three remaining teeth would be apart or together. I don't care if all other teeth went on AWOL permanently, hahaha. In case I am in that situation, these three teeth are unimportant and would be considered obsolete. I would rather have no teeth at all than three. Because in that event, I will have all three extracted and would be easy to have full false teeth made with no "obstruction" there, hahaha. Thanks for some light moments at myLot.
Welcome to myLot and more teeth and other missing parts discussions to come!
