Most often that not, I experience this super painful headache especially when the sun is so bright, and when it is very humid. I do take ibuprofen and it helps after a few minutes. Before I was taking paracetamol, but it's not effective. Until i was told to take ibuprofen. How about you? Do you also experience headache once in a while? What do you do? Happy myLotting, Friends!

headache is also very common when it is so hot, especially in summer. we, people working in an air-conditioned rooms also experience headache a lot of times. we came from a long period of working in a very cold room and when we go out in a hot weather, headache comes in. and when i have headache, i only take paracetamol. it won't effect and ease the pain at once and you need to at least get a short rest, a nap. i think paracetamol is much effective with fever and i also guess ibuprofen is much effective. by the way, i guess ibuprofen is the much concentrated or more powerful paracetamol, just my thought.

When my children were still at home and i had a live-in bf i had really bad headaches almost everyday. Now im single and the children are grown and out on their own i hardly ever get headaches. When i do get one its because i skipped a meal and stomach was growling at me for food. Once i eat it will go away. I do keep pain relivers in the house but usually i dont need it for the head.
