What is the best software for adding full metadata before uploading to youtube?

Hi, I am currently working on a project wherein I need to add complete MetaData information to videos I'll be uploading to Youtube. I am having trouble with suggested programs like Adobe Premier, Adobe Bridge, Windows Movie Maker, and others. Does anyone here have actual experience on this? I appreciate your comments.
