as a rule for good health it is recommended to have at least 6-8 hours sleep at night. for me i usually have 6-7 hours sleep at night which i think enough so i can work actively during the day. how about you how many hours do you spent sleeping at night?

I guess it really depends on my day and how much I have to do that day. I try to get at least 6 hours but i definately prefer to sleep longer. I find that I function much better with 8 to 10 hours of sleep rather then 6 to 8 hours. I still find myself very tired running on only 6 hours of sleep it just doesn't seem to be enough for me.

i dont normally sleep at night. i dont know why, maybe i already have insomnia but i wish not. most of the time i sleep around 3am sometimes 6 or 7am then i wake up around 1 or 3pm sounds like a lazy person. but i guess im just like tht since i dont have job and have nothing to do at home. i just browse internet at night or chat with friends from other country. though i know its not healthy coz im currently pregnant right now but i really cant help it though i tried.
