most memorable valentine's day

so far, it was with a former boyfriend and it was sometime back. he woke me up about 4 am on valentine's day by calling me on my mobile phone, asking me to open the door of my condo unit. i was so sleepy but i managed to ask him where his key was (because i gave him one). anyways he asked me again pretty nicely so i got up, puzzled why my light was out because i had left it on before i slept. and when my foot touched the floor, it was cold, wet and soft. when i turned on the lights, the whole floor was covered with fresh rose petals, from the bedroom all the way to the door of the unit. and at the end of the hallway, there was a large teddy bear. i must have exclaimed sh*t several times coz i was at a loss on what to say. needless to say we had a very romantic early morning breakfast. he conspired with my roommate, and he set the whole thing up at around 3:30am... so afraid i would wake up when he's halfway getting ready with all the rose petals and the huge bear. he also almost had a hard time passing thru the security check because of the very large package he brought in the building. hehe i didn't sweep the floors for 3 days. and the whole time the place was smelling like roses. hehe
