Cellphone...... Necessary

Do u think..... in todays world cell phone is necessary for a student.. What u do if u child ask u for a cellphone when he/she use to go to school.. will you buy cellphone for him/her or not.... Tell me with reason

I dont think Cellphone is necessary for students! I am a student. I always forgot my cellphone at home. and it dont changed my day! Even at school, I dont use phone! Its a necessity for students who I guess needs luxury!

In todays generation cell phones is necessary but not for the child if a child ask me for the cell I never give it to him.

It would be ideal to have your kid have a cellphone around to contacct him/her when you're about ot pick them up. But of course we have to consider the age of your children. There is a certain age where you can have them bring one to school but make sure to go by the rules of the school.

As far as I know I think it is not needed for my son to have a cell phone as long as I supplied the school of my necessary information to contact me incase of emergency & I should emphasize to the security of the school not to give my child to any other stranger to pick him up. Only me & my husband will pick him up. Just for the protection of the my son.
