Hello again, fellow myLotters! It's a simple question and I hope it hasn't been up there recently (at least I didn't see it around). Anyway, my favorite actor is John Travolta. He has this awesome looks, that allows him to play both villains and heroes, positive and negative characters. He has lots of experience and that's why he performs very convincingly. I like his performance in "Pulp Fiction", "A Love Song For Bobby Long", "Phenomenon" and in many others of great movies. So, who is your favorite actor or actress? :)

I've recently become a big fan of George Clooney. I loved him in O Brother Where Art Thou and The Fantastic Mr. Fox. He has definitely earned my respect over the years as an actor.

Good choice, mate! I like the way he plays too. One movie that I can recall with George Clooney is "Three Kings". Awesome movie and a good job from actors. George can play both comic and serious characters. Thanks for feedback!:)

Well, it's a war movie with some comedy elements. Action takes place in Iraq I think, it's the period after Persian Gulf War. There are 3 (or was it 4?) soldiers who want to steal the gold from the Iraqi bunkers. As a result they get into lots of mess and adventures. It's a pretty interesting movie, I think you won't regret watching this!:)

I have two for my favourite actors. They would be Corey Feldman and the late great River Phoenix. i especially love them together in my favourite movie of all time Stand By Me. I think they are both terrific talents and two of the greatest child actors of all time. Rivers performance in every single movie was always at its best. He was superb. With Corey Feldman no matter who he plays you cant help but fall in love with his quirky personality. For actress I woudl either say Drew Barrymore or Jodie Foster. Drew just seems so down to earth and is a very talented woman. My fav movie of hers would be "Never Been Kissed". With Jodie she was a veteran in the business already by age 14 and she sure knew how to snag up goos roles especially as a child and teen. Especially with "Taxi Driver" and "The Little Girl Who Lives Down The Lane". I think she could play just about anyone.

I unfortunately haven't seen any movies with the actors you've mentioned, perhaps only one or two with Corey Feldman, but I can't remember the titles of the movies. However, I am more familiar with these talented actresses you've mentioned. I really like them both too, however Jodie Foster is more sympathetic to me. Thanks for answering, take care!:)

Nice choice! All of the actors you've mentioned are very good and experienced ones. You won't see them in any senseless crapfilms. For me it's also hard to choose a favorite actress, but Uma Thurman is very talented too. Thanks for sharing!:)

Ole' John T is definitely one of my all time favorites too. He's one of those actors that most people can agree they like. I loved "Pulp Fiction" as it had three of my favorite actors: Travolta, Bruce Willis, and Samuel L. Jackson; not to mention it was directed by Tarantino, who always makes the best movies. I also like "Swordfish", it was pretty riveting. To bad John Travolta is in the Scientology cult though. I would love to meet him, except that kind of creeps me out a little bit. I wonder how he got mixed up with those guys anyway. Maybe it had something to do with his role in "Phenomenon"? Maybe he got a little to in to his role on that one.

John is really good and so are his mates from Pulp Fiction. I actually didn't knew, that he is into that Scientology thing I've just recently saw the video of Tom Cruise's speech against that cult. It doesn't seem to be a clear deal for me, but what the hell is John doing there? That really caught me speechless.

I agree, Mel Gibson is really multi-talented man! He is awesome actor and a good director too. I liked his performance in "We Were Soldiers". He is a man with a long carrier and loads of experience, respect for that man! Thanks for answering!:)

Sorry for a late comment. Morgan Freeman is a great actor indeed. He is very good at playing serious roles, but he also knows how to make some humor. Thanks for dropping by!:)
