I wasn't sure that I wanted my baby to receive this vaccine for the new swine flu. However today at his 1 year check up, the doctor strongly recommended it and I felt obligated to let him get it. He seems to have reacted fine but I just worry about complications since I don't know that much about it. Any information you could provide would be helpful. Thanks!

Hello Ambreya welcome to mylot
Friend we had this flu in my city ,there were many deaths, govt was unable to control, shots were sold in black market, masks were sold at many times their price, i was not in favor of taking vaccines, so all members in my family took homoeopathic preventive for 10days, luckily we were totally safe..
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always, cheers.

I think the entire H1N1 thing as a whole was way over hyped. The seasonal flu kills more people in a week than the H1N1 flu did in it's entire course. I didn't get one myself....my kids are all grown so i don't know if any of them got one...I don't think they did.
