Clickedeals.com Legitimate Online Marketing Business or Scam

I have been seeing adds for jobs to sell this service to small businesses on many job boards. Can't seem to find any information from outside sources as to if this is a legitimate deal or not. I can sell and am always looking for good opportunities but don't want to gve out any personal info (i.e. address, contact number, e-mail) to another scam. Does anyone know about this program?
