I was suspended by click or signup, for no reason

Click or signup was down on Friday night along with other websites; they were going through a server diagnostic procedure according to their explanation. After those websites back up again, I was suspended by click or signup for no reason. I was assigned as "cheater" status. I have no idea why, and I did send an email to ask the administrator and give me a reasonable explanation for it. I didn't use other computer with different IP address to access that website, nor I did anything wrong. I didn't cheat, and I didn't tell anybody do it for me. I just don't understand why they assigned me "cheater"?
