When I was little I used to get lost alot in the stores me and my mom used to to. I would tell her I would go to electronics and then when I was done I would look for her. When I could not find her in the store I would look up every isle. I would get so fustrated I would start getting really upset and start to cry. I would end up going to customer service and having my mom paged. I waited till she got there and then I would be relieved. I can't explain the feeling of being lost. It's just no a very good feeling at all. I felt so hopless and scared. I am so glad for the paging systems in the store.

I have gotten lost multiple times in stores and malls looking for my parents sometimes for a good hour... Luckily I am the kind of person that I try harder instead of shut down when I am frightened or confused as to where I should be/what I should be doing.

I got lost when i was about four or five years old. My mom and i went somewhere to buy something. She told me to stay in one place and said she'll be back in seconds. She was carrying lots of things so i will just add to her burden if she will pull me whenever she goes. Seconds passed but no mom arrived. I was standing in front of a toy store so i went inside enjoying the sight. I was oblivious of everything because of many colors around and toys moving by the help of batteries. After getting tired looking at the wonderful things around me, i realized that my mom was gone. I looked around but she was nowhere to be found. I started crying and shouting her name. The shop owner came to my rescue and asked my name and house address. She then called a police to take me home. It was a relived when the police found my mom. I don't know exactly how the officer found my mom. But i am glad i was found. Getting lost was one of the scariest thing that had happen to me. It's like the end of the world for kids when their parents are not around, especially in a place where there is a lot of people. I may be lost again but i can find may way wherever i am now

when i was a young boy, always i get lost in the streets, malls, movie houses, but i have a very strong will and hope inside me and the faith that i can find my way back to my companions... until now I still get lost in many ways but the power of faith and the strong will and hope lets me find my way back home... never ever let fear conquer you, just conquer your fear...

I got lost before and it got me a bit scared. Being lost in a jungle is a situation you really dont want to be in. Luckily, I was able to follow a dried up stream that seems to go downhill and that led me to a road. My squadmates are waiting for me there and they were a bit surprised when they saw me appear out of nowhere.

Hi tuckersheri. Yes, I have gotten lost before. Although in my defense it wasn't my fault. Really, it wasn't. LOL I think I was about 6 years old at the time. My mom, sister, and I had gone to Gemco (which was kind of like a Costco of today, only it was back in the 80's LOL). Anyway, my sister and I had wanted to look at the comic books when we got there and our mom agreed that we could. Our mom told us to stay put and that she would come back to get us when she was done shopping. She also added to me that I was supposed to stay with my sister, who was older than me and about 8 years old at the time. Well, my sister got tired of looking at the comic books and decided that we should go look for our mom. I knew better, but with me being the younger one my sister won out. LOL I was in a bit of a dilemma as I wasn't exactly sure what to do. A part of me told me to stay put and wait for our mom, the other part told me to go with my sister. Either way I looked at it I couldn't win... I decided to go with my sister. We couldn't find our mom in the store, so we went outside to stand and wait by our parents station wagon. Only one problem. We couldn't find it! So we headed back towards the store. When we got in there we stopped short. We knew a membership pass was needed to get any further and with neither of us being a member we left the store again. We weren't exactly sure where to go next, but my sister ended up deciding that we should go to the dry cleaners. We knew the lady that worked there as my mom was a regular customer. We sat in there and waited... My sister had fallen asleep on one of the chairs. I on the other hand was wide eyed and awake. LOL After some time passed a police officer came into the dry cleaners and asked me if we belonged to our mom. I told him yes, woke up my sleeping sister, and we proceeded to go with him back to Gemco. I thought for sure that our mom would be furious with us for defying her, or rather my sister for not listening to our mom. After all, when our mom told us to stay put it meant to stay put. But she didn't scold either of us. She was crying hysterically and just glad to have her babies back. So as you can see, it really wasn't my fault. LOL Happy mylotting!

I think I got lost twice in my life...as far as I remember. First time was driving and I couldn't get my way back home. I was so mad at myself and scared. I was relieved though when I finally found the right way. Thank goodness now for the GPS. Second time was...this is embarassing...i got lost looking for my dad's house. It's been years since I passed that way and I almost cried. Thank goodness for cellphones I called my bro and asked him where i was at the time. These days my problem seem to be my forgetfulness on where i parked my car at any parking lot. I have to ask my daughters to help me remember where I parked. I feel so lost whenever I'm alone looking for my stupid car! Maybe i need some geritol. LOL

Yes I'll admit to having gotten lost a time or two in my life. Who hasn't? I will admit that its not plesent. I've even gotten lost without even knowing I was "lost". I tend to get distracted quite easily. This is rather common for me. I stopped to talk to someone when I was a local fair. I didn't see the harm in it. After all it was in a field where I went to church. Next thing I know, my sister who had brought me was scolding me and I couldn't understand why. Apparently I was so wrapped up in my c conversation that I didn't think anything about it and my family had gone off to do something else without me.

I once got lost in a public market when i was small, i got distracted by by chicks that was sold by the sidewalk. when i turned back to get to my mom, she was gone. I spent hours crying beside the chicken vendor, she even fed me boiled eggs to keep me from crying out loud. My mother went through every corner of the market to find me. what an experience... Still today i get lost because of chicks. lol!

I usually do it, even until now, I am still easy to get lost. I don't know why, I don't know how to tell the feeling, it is as if I don't have any feeling about the sense of direction, so now I have used to getting lost. unless I'm familiar with the environment very much.

I got lost once in a mall while I was still young. I don't know how I got lost but they managed to find me. Then there was this time where I was riding a public transportation I was supposed to go to my aunt's office but I didn't realize that I had already passed the office. When I got down I walk all the way back to the office so that I won't pass it anymore. The walk take me around an hour.
