i do agree with your thought dave. i and my wife rent a house in jakarta soon after our marriage. now we're planning to buy our own house. but you know here, once you book a house and make the purchasing agreement with the installment. you have to wait one year untill they complete building it.

Yes.Especially for those who desire for a sense of belonging as security,a private space is critical,no matter how big or how splendid it is.And also because of this,the real estate markets has been booming all around the globe for decades. In fact,a healthy and functional property rental market can also work to provide people with the same feelings.I still remember the favorite soup opera,Friends,which I watched during my school time.The 6 buddies were very joyful living in the rented houses.They don't look like being threatened,not secured or even unhappy about their crowded living conditions. Therefore,I think,the dealers should develop a rule to maintain good property management services by allowing property owners to pursue a long tern cashflow,consequently the tenants will treat the rented house as their own home,too. I have recently bought a small room for myself.Hope you guys can enjoy the same happiness asap just like I do.

Me and my husband was renting a room before we had our son. When my son was born we opted to stay at his parents' house because we cannot accommodate all the expenses since the baby is born. But I am really looking for ways to find an affordable house which we could live in. I am a bit uncomfortable with his family though they tried to be nice to me, I feel unhappy with our situation. Now we are living in our own house though we have to pay mortgage every month, I think it is worth it.
