How to console your heart-broken friend?

My friend has a boyfriend in Arizona, and she's been texting for a while, with no replies at all. For a couple of weeks now. She went down there this weekend for v-day, and didn't see him ONCE. She has a gut feeling, she is almost sure that he's cheating on her. (I have my suspicions too.) She's been sad all day today and I don't know what to say! Can someone help me?

Wait, is she even sure the boyfriend got the messages she sent? Did he know that she came for V-day?
Why dont you take your friend some place nice. Where you can have fun and forget about her crazy boyfriend for a while. And if the boyfriend wouldn't send her messages then tell her not to send messages to him anymore too. Let him have a taste of his own medicine. And tell your friend to act as if she doesnt care about him. Anyway, the boyfriend doesnt deserve what it is that she's doing for her. If you think he's cheating on her, take it positively. It would be a great opportunity for your friend to find someone better then him. Tell her not to bother herself about such a useless person.
