It all depends on how we look at life. It is a level playing field if one looks at life in its proper perspective. The problem is we always think grass is greener at the other end of the fence and everyone thinks in that way which means everyone's grass is green the only difference being that not me but someone else sees my grass as green. Thanks for sharing your views on the subject but I differ that it is a level playing field.Had it been so there could not have been difference between Anil Ambani and JPNarayan,or son of Tata,Birla and JP Narayan.There is some one who is maintaining and keeping this all the difference.What I exactly mean is that one is getting birth in a family of multi millionare and the other is getting birth in a poor family,how can we then call it a level playing field.Field one has to prepare himself but with positive and constructive approach and his deeds bear fruits accordingly.

What you are saying is cent percent right.Not only adults but also the kids are suffering from this stress.This is due to our high expectations on them.Just allow kids to have a healthy hobby and they can get rid of their stress.For adults too,developing nice hobby will help a lot to get relieved.

Thanks for your positive comments.Of course the expectations of the parents remain very high in comparision to our own attention to them.Infact even before attaining teenage,parents should pay special attention towards their children,their time schedule of playing,home work and entertainment.Neither those should be totally free for whole time playing or entertainment nor those should be put to too much studies.A balanced approach is required.If children are guided rather moulded in this age ,things would not create problem in future.

Hello Jparayan, welcome to mylot! Life could be real stressful especially when it comes to our work and our relationship. Those were the major source of our stress, but there are many ways we can do to fight stress and live a healthy and long life. First you need to eat healthy foods and exercise often, associate yourself with people who are happy and optimistic. Hello Sir,You are right but so far healthy food is concerned,majority of people fight even for bare minimum two times meal ,what to talk of healthy food.There are crores of such persons who sleep without food.any way,so far exercise is concerned,it is a part of yog.In fact yog has got 8 parts 1) Yam,2)Niyam,3)Asan,4)Pranayam,5)Pratyahar,6)Dharna 7)Dhyan & 8)Samadhi.Out Of which first five are external and rest three are internally to be practiced. The external part it self takes care of your physical exercise.Your views are quite positive and definitely likely to be adopted by any one.Thanks JP Narayan
