Want to Know about Refback offer in PTC sites

Hello friends.....
I have seen many people are offering refback offer to increase their direst referrals to many ptc/gpt sites. I also want to throw this offer in order to gain more referrals.
But the problem is that I can't understand how peple set their refback cash...mean how much,(some offering 40%, some 50% some 70% etc) and what percentage should be given for these offers??? Is their any formula for calculating refback %age ?? Does it depend on the pay per referral click of the site??
Kindly teach me how much one should be offering in this regard..

Would that help us to have referrals. It sounds tempting, I also wanted to have referrals but never had a chance or find a good traffic sites. I just wish what you have stated would work for me.

Yes I have seen people making good increase in their income and referrals by offering refback to their referrals. But i really dont know hoe they set their %age.
To get good traffic, i like easyhits4u.com . Its the best site as far as i know.
Also if u have some time, start a blog/website and put ur links n banners there so that u can get some referrals when people visit ur webpage.

Yes people give refback to get more referrals,
People even give 100% refback.
What will you do as a person who is willing to join,
Everyone will be tempted to join in the high refback.
So the % should be the one you can afford, it my suggestion.
Personally I don't like refback, coz its a kind of bonus we get for referring people, why one should share that to the referral, the one who just do his job?
You have to refer people, explain about your refback, you have to calculate the referrals earnings and you have to pay for them!
Does that hard work is paid by anything? Nope!
