Hello guys,
Do you eat quiet late? Do you have a time when you would like to rest yourself from taking food? Or maybe you love to have a midnight snacks or crave for some sweets when watching movie at night? Some potato chips, nuts perhaps?
For me i usually give a time for my self when taking food at night, the reason is that i'm giving time for myself to digest the food i intake before going to bed as it was said that taking food without taking time to digest is not good as it will stored fat into our body.So what am doing is i will intake my latest food 3 hours before bed time..
How about you guys do you have specific time to stop yourself from eating at night.?
What do you think about this?
Happy Lotting and God bless!

Nice post! I was quiet conscious about my diet months ago. But recently, I've been eating whenever I feel like eating :) I normally have my dinner at 7:30pm. The I eat chips or chocolates after 2 hours or something. That is around 4 hours before my bedtime :) And I think that time is enough for the food to get digested into my system :)

hello pierrella,
Thank you and its a right choice to watch what should be the best for ourself, its normal being tempted by food or maybe your taking out the track sometimes but trying is not bad,at first we tried and we succeed, we cannot get the best of it unless we feel hard to do it..
Thank you for posting and God bless!

I seldom take food very late in the night. while I like eating some fruits at any time of a day, even if it is night. But there is a exception, when I watch movies or some other activites with my friends and roomates, I prefer eating, anything delicious is my choice, because I feel it's a great and wonderful experience that you can share something good with your friends, at that time, I don't care it is a bad living style. as I cherish the experience more.

We usually have supper at around 7.30pm which should be my last meal for the day, and usually is. However there are always days when a little trip to the fridge or cupboard happens - I don't know why, probably boredom. I always feel bad about it afterwards, yet I still do it. Oh well, you only live once. :)

i dont eat on time and i only eat if i want to eat even if i feel so hungry already. the last time i took my meals was 7pm coz one of my friend visited me here thats why i was forced to eat early but most of the time, i took my dinner around 9pm or 10pm it depends to my mood. sometimes i skip breakfast coz i rather want to sleep than eat. i hate myself being so lazy when it comes to eating as i know that there are too many people out there who wish to eat but cant eat due to they dont have food to eat, and yet me... I have lots of food but i dont eat them thats why i just throw them when it become spoil.

hello p3ks626,
Sometimes craving just come suddenly its not our choice even how much you resist for that, what i can say is we can take control of our feeling if you have the guts to do it, i mean your determination to have it changed.I may suggest at night if you feel like eating, drink a glass of water with a slice of lemon to make yourself subsided from craving...Another way , base on my experienced i used to chew a sugarless chewing gum to make my self forget about my craved, you may try these 2 method it may help you..
Thanks for posting and God bless!

I used to be a shift worker, so it was impossible to plan eating times to avoid eating too late. Sometimes I would get home from work after a late shift at 11pm, and then have to make some food to eat before bed, as I might start work the next day on an earlier shift at 10am.
The changing working patterns I had in that job made it impossible to have regualr meal times.
