we all know that we should try to keep calm before solving any problems. in fact, i tend to lose temper more frequently that ever before. so i think it is high time that i thought how to cope with my anger.
many friends advanced that i should identify the real cause of my anger, and listen to advice from others. i think i should try to know how others deal with the same situation.
how do you deal with the situation that you are in anger? can you tell me?

When I lose temper, feel that I'll burst into anger any moment. What I do first is that, I'll go somewhere else where I can find peace. A quiet place, away from people. It helps me to calm a bit; there, I'll start to think and try to understand the situation.

It's said that losing temper isn't good for your health, which you can remind of yourself when you're in danger. With the saying that it has something to do with the character to face the rage, I think you need to keep telling yourself to calm down and relax if the situation happens
