Was I posessed by a spirit?

Okay, so I was living in an appartment in Houston, TX. Every once in a while we would hear noises from the bedroom and see a black shadow at the corner of my eye. One night it went as far as hearing a dark male voice say "Hey, you". I was alone in the appartment at that time and it freaked me out, I searched the whole place and noone was there. Later that night 5 friends including my current girlfriend came over to do a seance, i have never really believed in stuff like that so i was kinda like "ookay". We all sat around a table with candles lighted and a ring of salt with a glass in it barely touching the glass with our fingers. As soon as this guy speaking was asking for a sign we heard a loud noise from the bedroom wall. Everyone got quiet and he started asking questions like "Are you here to protect us?" and "Is there more than one spirit here?" The glass moved answering the questions and after a while i felt pressure on my left shoulder and my left foot. I was thinking it was from sitting still too long. But suddenly i started feeling dizzy so I closed my eyes out of reflex but it made me even dizzier suddenly everything went black. I dont remember anything except barely hearing my name and being asked if i was okay. I couldn't move my arms, my pulse was extremely high and my face was coverd in tears from crying. It took about 5 minutes for me to really be able to move my arms. I was told by my friends that after i closed my eyes I started swinging my body from left to right and opend my mouth making a horrifying sound like someone screaming. (It was not a sound i could make.) I was also crying alot while making that sound. One of my friends pulled his hand off the glass and they all did after he did. Thats when i fell back and were asked if i was okay. Now.. I know for myself I didn't fake this or do this on purpose. What im asking is if anyone know anything about what might have been happening or was about to happen? Or if anyone have any similar experiences? Or if there might be a natural cause to it?

Well that is very possibly that you were posessed by this spirit. Spirits shouldn't be messed around with or toyed with. And I really don't believe people should do scances. But some people just fake where the thingy on the board goes too. But iin your experience i wouldn't doubt that you were. The best thing to do in a situation like that is just ask the spirit to leave your apartment or home. And if that doesn't work take some oil yes I said oil and pray and start puting it everywhere and asking God to bless the house and to keep you safe. I know it sounds funny but I truly believe it does work. And if that doesn't work and the spirit still doesn't leave you along you may want to bring your minister in to pray and bless your home.
And if your not religious honestly all you can do is ask the spirit to leave. But I would only do that if the spirit is giving problems. But I think I'd find god and pray :)

From what answers we got from the glass there was more than one spirit there and we couldnt get an answer on if it was evil or not. We kept asking for a stronger sign that it was there or if it could show itself. That's when I got dizzy and as far as the sounds i was making my friends said i was breathing heavy and made a low dark almost growling sound that turned into a louder sound almost like "heeeeeelp". We did try again after that but nothing happen and i didnt feel anything. Im not religious at all and i have never belived in ghosts, spirits or demons. So as far as me spraying water around the house i dont really think that would happen. Thankfully i dont live there anymore and nothing has happen since i moved. Thanks for your comment.
