What to do

My husband is turning 28 February 20th and I don't know what to do for him for his birthday. he told me he is ok with spending the day with just me but If feel like I can do more. We live in California and his family is all the way in South Carolina. I want to make it special for him but really don't know were to begin I need your suggestions. He really deserves something special. And I am not one for the conventional stuff I like to think outside the box so if you have any thoughts please share

how about a special dinner you made yourself then after that you watch a movie that he can relate too. hoping that the movie would be touching or make him feel good then at the end of the movie you attach a video of all his friends and family telling how much they appreciate him then after the video you tell him how much he means to you and how much you appreciate him. give him a big kiss then a paper that contains "I am yours forever and always." and a small caption writing "I will do anything you want :p. valid until this coupon exist"

what if you called his family and recorded messages from them? i know its short notice but what if you got them to write a special note to him? or get one of those cards that you can put a voice message on??!!

you just wake Him up with your voice singing a birthday song when the clock's/date turns Feb.20th, bring HIm cake w/ candles for him to blow...& make a surprise party in the evening.
