Hi.. I want to know about the cost required run a blog. How much I need to spend for a domain and hosting? Which is the best option for a blog hosting? please help me.

If you want to create a blog, no need for hosting cause the blog itself is already a "hosting", you can buy a domain name like "nameofyourblog".com
However for website, there a free hosting domain called 000webhost.com
