can we receive payments with paypal unverified?how to get verify?

hi guys im very near to my payout in neobux and upbux, but my paypal account is not verified,.,.,.,.,.,,.. can we receive money without getting verified....
and i added one bank account and clicked on get verified link a week back it is given that 2 small deposits were send to bank account but till now i dint received any.,.,., how many days i need to wait to get them deposited?
plz help me.,.,. thanks in advance

No need to be verified to receive and send payments.
When you verify your account with ban account, you have to print a documenet verification and send it to your bank, Paypal will take money from your bank account and deposit them on your Paypal account. So Paypal will not send you money, it's your bank who must send money to them. (But maybe the verification are different in differents countries).
But you can verify your Paypal with a credit card too if you have one, it's more simple for me. ^^

In France, we must print a verification document and send it to our bank, we find this document on Payapl when you're log in, it' on the board at right of the page. But mayb it's not the same thing in your country. think you could ask questions to paypal support, they would surely give more informations than me. ^^

even i have the same problem of not verified .but u can get payment to your account.but the ouestion is will the paypal solve its problem with rbi

I have an unverified paypal account and have been paid by Neobux, Quick rewards, Mylot, and now Cash Rockets.... so yes sites will pay you through your paypal without verified accounts.
You just have to send in a support ticket to the site if you are unsure if the account has to be verified or not.
