Any one get their reversed money back from paypal?

Hi friends, Mine $5 was reversed back by paypal to the sender, but still that money is nowhere neither in my paypal account nor in my ptc site account,I send support ticket to that ptc site but they said it's not their responsibility paypal is responsible for it & when i send support ticket to paypal they said they reversed payment so ask that sender to refund. so anyone get their reversed money back or i just need to forget about it?

Well grace I am studying that which type of payments are reversing and which Type of paymnets are accepting and I had word with paypal also and I have seen your question in hello also so I was giving answere there but here I have seen your question I am answering you here well I will tell you but
first tell me that from which site you got $5????
and could You tell me that what was written in payment type when you received it ??????
you have personal , premier or business account
answer me so I will clear your doubts

Hi! As i understood it from another forum here on the web, they are doing all the best to get you accounts free to transfer money to and from your bank accounts and as I know all the social networks are trying the same thing!
