What ideal food do you think a buffet must have?

I like bread, so I will vote for bread, and then clam chowder... these are good. In addition, I want seafood, sushi, honey ham, prime rib and ice-cream... what specific food do you like to have in a buffet?

Hallo...I would like to have Japanese sushi and sashimi, chinese dim sum , then I want Fresh Oyster with lemon, it will be great if there's smoke ham , tuna fish with bread, and also Thai Tom yum Goong. At last I want a cup of capucino and probably a slice of cheese cake. It would be one of the great buffet I would ever have. Do you think you can arrange this kind of buffet for me? He he...I think I will love to join you to enjoy the buffet!!! Happy lunar new year!!!

You are making me hungry. Anyway, good choices. However, I have never been to a buffet which have Thai Tom Yum Goong. I wish I can find one and try it.
