Life after death

Many of us think all the time that 'what happens to us after we die'. I think about the same thing sometimes. Where do we go after we die? Is there really a place called heaven and hell? I keep wondering and think that when we die we transform in ghost and haunt people if we have some unfinished business as shown in the movies a lot. Scientist have a theory that you can not create or destroy energy. That all the energy is converted or transfered into something else. So when are dead where does the energy in our bodies go to? Do we all become ghosts? What are your views on this?
