Upbux scam ?

I dont know anything what is going to
Paypal have problem with him , and he closed payment ???
And now 9 AM GMT+7 when i click login , i am redirected to http://www.upbux.com/forum/view_topic.php?cat=1&id=9417
And he dont tell about our money ,he dont tell about when he comes back
"If PayPal someday realize his mistake and stop taking money from honest people, we will return"
SO because of Paypal , they CAN'T use Alertpay ???
That's very bad , and im very sad about that
